“Symphonologie” - Accenture Strategy (France)

Production coordination, composition and recording (Budget: €250K+)

For this project, we partnered with Accenture Strategy (France), creating a symphonic experience enabled by human insight and artificial intelligence technology. Symphonologie was performed by a 50-piece orchestra for a private audience inside The Louvre Pyramid, accompanied by a galaxy-inspired data visualization created in real time and synchronized to the music of the orchestra. This process was then repeated the next year for an event at the BMW Museum in Munich, Germany.

The Spotify Sessions

Live recording & mix (Budget: €500K+ over 3+ years)

BANG recorded over 300 artists for the SPOTIFY SESSIONS live music series. These sessions were recorded in many places including at Spotify’s NY headquarters, at the Spotify House in Austin, TX during the annual SXSW Festival, and in the case of Ed Sheeran, on a tour bus with fans. Our team coordinated with our Spotify clients and the artists’ management and production teams as well as hiring local production support as the events scaled in size. For many of the sessions in Austin, after recording the artist sets we uploaded the sessions to our partners in Prague so the could be mixed overnight and delivered back for promotional use by Spotify the next morning.

You Had To Be There (Feature Documentary Film)

Director: Nick Davis // Executive Producer: Judd Apatow (Budget: €200K+)

Music Supervision & Original Composition - For this project, we cleared all of the commercial songs used in the film including negotiating rights for the Broadway cast recording of Stephen Schwartz’s Godspell. We also composed a full score of original music. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and will begin a streaming and theater run in the US & Canada in the Fall of 2026.

Origins (Audible)

Featuring Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Troye Sivan, Dominic Fike, Kali Uchis, Camilo, Flying Lotus, King Princess, Mickey Guyton, Tobe Nwigwe, Victoria Monet, and Koffee. (Budget: €250K+)

In this Audible Original series, twelve formidable forces of music revisit the places and spaces they grew up in and share stories of the people and experiences that shaped them. For this series, we coordinated and produced all of the recording sessions with the artists as well as delivered the final mastered audio mix.

BLUE SKIES 2025

feat. Jake “MJ” Lenderman / Amelia Meath (Sylvan Esso) / Sam Beam (Iron & Wine) / Matt McCaughan (Bon Iver) / Jason Ross (Seven Mary Three) / Brad Cook (Waxahachee) / Phil Cook (Megafaun) (Budget: €160K+)

In January 2025, Charlotte agency Mythic called with a project for the EDPNC (The Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina). They had an idea for an anthemic, music-driven film to promote the state’s strategy of driving economic growth and development. Central to the idea was the desire to have the music performed by North Carolina-based musicians.

With that in mind, BANG partner Brian Jones called Seven Mary Three frontman Jason Ross, his longtime friend and collaborator who lives in Chapel Hill. Because Hurricane Helene had just devastated much of Western North Carolina, they quickly hatched the idea of a “two for one” - record a song to support North Carolina economic development while using some of the budget to make a donation to disaster relief for North Carolinians affected by Hurricane Helene.

After speaking to Jason’s pal, Durham-based producer, Brad Cook, the idea of a “Super Group” of North Carolina artists was born. Cook leaned on his close relationships throughout the NC music community and pulled in several friends including Ashville’s Jake Lenderman, Chapel Hill’s Amelia Meath and Durham-based Sam Beam. Rounding out the group and providing the musical foundation was brother Phil Cook and drummer Matt McCaughan, both of Durham.

Through the artists collective efforts, we were able to direct a majority of the budget toward making a $100,000 donation to the North Carolina Community Foundation (NCCF), helping to directly support the disaster relief efforts for those affected most by the Hurricane in Western North Carolina.
